Ripped off by this scam
Ordered a building over a year ago 1500 deposit and 700 for drawings order date 10/20/2021 set up date when I ordered was 6/22 no building still called several times they won't tell me anything except they are waiting for a contractor to become available I offered to have a contractor call them and I would pay for the building to be put up they said we can't do that now it's November in northern Maine I have no choice but to insulate and cover my heated pad I paid 10000 to have installed to accommodate this building

I put a deposit on a carport sixteen months ago and still don't know it
Terrible experience stay away from this outfit. Please report this company to the BBB and attorney general.
I now am filling a civil suit against the person who wrote my contact and took my deposit.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. Tnt finally came as me brought my carport and put it together 6/13/22.
I ordered this 9/16/2020. So I receive this 3 months shire of 2 years I’m happy now thank you.
No call back no word
This company took my 101. Never delivered my carport been calling waiting over 1 year not even a call back I have called about once . A month no call back when I got someone on the phone I was told it will deliver in the spring then the summer now its fall going in to winter 1 year later
NO CARPORT YET 5/6/22, Allie called 3/21/22 said Im on the list , shop opens in April. 22. Have not heard a word since.

I just recently am dealing with this company also. I put the down payment on my building on 7-27-21 and the building was installed on 11-4-21.
That was after multiple calls, voicemails and emails. I ended up finding an employee list for the company that showed emails, extensions and job positions. I went straight to the top with an email stating that i had documentation to prove that my emails have been delivered and read, with no response. I quit calling this company and only used emails for documentation.
Now after my building is installed, it failed the final inspection due to it not being installed per drawings or specifications.
They want the inspector to tell them what is wrong so they can get away with fixing the bare minimum instead of being the professionals. I would recommend if you do get your building installed, do not pay until all inspections are complete.
Very poor customer service.
Ordered a building, gave a down payment, waited a REALLY long time and wrong color building was delivered. Very hard to even get anyone to call us back.
Called many times to get a delivery date. Usually they dont call back. Finally got a delivery date. Shop foreman called and said we can take the wrong color building or pay 3x the amount to get the color we ordered.
Not apologetic for the mistake. We took the building. The guys that build it were great.
Very hard working and finished in two days. Still waiting to see if anyone from the company will call to see how our experience with TNT was.

I have been waiting for over a year for my shop door and I get the same answer "we will call you 3 days in advance" after well over a year I asked for a refund and was told they don't give refunds even though they didn't do anything. SHAME ON YOU GUYS

Incompetent, fraudulent company
Please do not use this company. Their drawings show they anchor their buildings to the ground and guarantee their buildings for up to 145mph winds, that is a category 4 hurricane.
In my case, they did not anchor the building, resulting in complete destruction in a tropical storm. They are not refunding me.
I have reported them to the appropriate regulatory agencies and attorneys general. Buyer beware!

Didnt get any response as to delivery -didnt receive it by October 2021- after several phone calls- cancelled the order and have not received my deposit back after hundreds of phone calls !!!!!!!!!!!!!! last summer I had contract with them to install the carport. At that time I paid $500 deposit.
For nine months they did not install the carport and I talked to sales person and he asked me to talk to office to cancel the order which I did ....
they simply refuse to return deposit back they promised BBB i to return my deposit in two months and it is four months ago .... fraud company, stay away from them

ordered a 18x21 on March 23,2021. put 660.00 deposit down and its been nothing short of a nightmare .
called the business over two dozen times only to get answering machine. there has been no less than 3 different names on the voice message. no call back. filing suit with NC attorney General and suggest everyone does the same.
only way to get action. get this.. three months ago (june9) she (Ariel at the time) said she put a sticky note on her screen. aint that special.
dont be fooled by my one star review. 0 was not an option.

Ordered my building in March of 2021 and still do not have it installed in July of 2021.
This company is horrible to work with. Ordered my custom building in March of 2021 and now it is July 19th and I still do not have a building.
You call and all they tell you is they do not have a installer in your area. Called today and spoke to Stephanie, supposedly a manager, who started yelling that she had nobody in my area and was not going to argue with me.

Trying to get refund
I have four of TNT's buildings. I am happy with all of them.
However, in October of 2020, I ordered two gables for an existing building. By February, they had not been installed despite numerous calls to TNT. I called and requested a refund as I had paid in full. It is now June 2021, and I do not have a refund.
I have left messages. No response.
